I took my car to fix a few lights to pass safety, they said 1-2hrs they'll have a diagnosis for me. 5 hrs later I CALLED THEM, they said they would have the diagnostic in 45 min. 1.5 hrs later, they called and said their machine broke and they have to diagnose it tomorrow when they get a new machine. I left my car till evening the next day THEY STILL COULDN'T DIAGNOSE IT saying "the machine is broke" even though he told me they got a whole new machine! Furthermore, I picked up the car, and it had a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT that was NOT on before I dropped it off!! I have emailed, called, and tried to contact them multiple times over the past 3 weeks, and they have completely ghosted me. Exceptionally shady bisuness, they wasted my time and money to literally make my car worse.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My experience with Rev limit was not the best, I got into an accident and Rev limit was the only shop that could take my truck in for repairs. All of the payment was through the insurance company therefore it was already paid and my truck was not a high priority repair taking them 4 1/2 months to fix it. Within that time I didn’t receive a single phone call but I had to call them myself in order to get any details or updates. I was also lied to about certain things because they needed more time. They took my truck to Goodyear for alignment which the last thing it needed and left it at Goodyear for 2 days after the alignment was finished. When I finally got my truck back, the fog light was not installed, something was wrong with my driver side front suspension area, and my tail lights didn’t work (tail lights where not involved in the accident). So I took it back to them which took another couple weeks and whatever is wrong with the driver side is still wrong. All in all DO NOT go to this shop, horrible communication and bad experience.

They forgot to put all the lug nuts.

I visited the shop location inside the Old Barbers Point Naval Base and inquired if they had the ability to perform a custom multi-installation request and upon their inspection of my vehicle the owner Garran confidently stated the could handle the job and might I add, for a very good price. I hesitated not and waited patiently and my experience was indeed the kind of service and expertise you want when trusting someone with you vehicle. Upon receiving my car and once it started up, all that I had asked and assigned to them was installed professionally and accurately. My vehicle has more power, fuel efficiency and above all, sounds great. I would recommend them and keep one thing in mind, when you are working with a small business, don't expect a dealership process method because...that's why they call it a small business. That being said, they definitely know what they are doing at Rev Limits Auto Center.

Awesome work done by the crew !! Turn around time was quicker than anticipated. Looks like it never even happened. Great job guys ! Would definitely come back in the future.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANIC!!! This auto shop had our vehicle for almost a month and half. Terrible communication and follow up. Every time they said it would be fixed it wasn't ready but we had to chase them down to find this out and arrange for a rental last minute 4 times. We spent over $6500 for them to fix the oil pump, timing chain, and valves. Within a day of finally getting our vehicle back it is over heating and there is huge leak coming from the engine. We gave them our vehicle in good faith to fix and paid them an enormous amount of money to do so and in return they gave us back a vehicle with problems that it never had in the first place. DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND WILL SWINDLE YOU.
